Clients opting for Add-On 3nights Bahamas Cruise, with ‘American Essence with Orlando & Miami’ please refer to Day 1 to 11 of the ‘American Essence’ itinerary and Day 1 to Day 3 of the Add on Orlando & Miami itinerary then proceed to the Port. Cruise would be boarded either from Orlando or Miami.

• Return Economy Class group airfare as per itinerary (Presently calculated as prevailing on 15th November 2016).


Normal insurance charges for the duration of the tour are included in the tour price. However, any passenger above the age of 60 years and those passengers who wish to extend their stay will be required to pay additional charges.


• Multiple entry USA visa.
Cost of visas including documentation, processing and Consulate fee as of 15th November 2016. Any further increase in the same has to be borne by the passengers.


• 01 piece baggage per person included in the internal flights.


• Tips to guides, drivers, hotel waiters, etc. of USD 03 per person per day included for the duration of the tour.

• All local taxes and services (Presently calculated as prevailing on 15th November 2016).
• A person below 12 years of age on date of return flight will be considered a child.
• A baby below 24 months of age on date of return flight will be considered an infant.
• Third person in a Triple room will not be provided by extra bed or cot. All transfers and extensive sightseeing with entrance fees (as specified in the itinerary) by a deluxe air-conditioned coach.
• Services of our Tour Manager or local representatives, while on tour.
• Meals are pre-set and a choice of menu is not available.
• The cruise boarding will be either from Port Canaveral or Miami. Excursions in Orlando will be altered accordingly.
• On certain departure dates there is a remote possibility that the cruise liner could change along with the routing and ports visited.
• Infants below 06 months will not be allowed on the cruise.
• Boarding for a pregnant woman will only be permitted before 24th week of pregnancy at the time of sailing.
• On some occasions, you may have to join another group in case your group does not have adequate members.
• A local representative or your coach driver may only be there to assist you during your initial part of the tour.
• Surcharges applicable on certain departure dates.
• Certain sightseeing and excursions may not operate on public holidays.
• Kindly note that on certain departure dates the tour routing could change. In some tours, there is also a possibility that the tour could operate in reverse itinerary. However you will not miss any sightseeing or excursions that are mentioned in the itinerary. Please check with your Sales representative for final details.


The tour will be operated subject to a minimum of 30 full paying passengers travelling together In the event that the group size is less than 30 passengers you will be given an option of travelling on another departure date.


• The cost of the Passport, POE charges, etc.
• Tips to guides, drivers etc. of USD 03 per person per day for the duration of the tour.
• Any expenses of personal nature such as porterage, laundry, wines, mineral/bottled water, food & drink not in the regular menus provided by us, mini bar and telephone calls.
• Most of the Airlines in USA / Canada have announced a revised check-in bag policy, wherein they have implemented $25 service fee for the first checked bag and $35 service fee for a second checked bag per sector. This will apply to all flights within the U.S. / Canada & is also applicable for clients who are booked & traveling on our group tours. Customers have to pay directly to the airline for the check-in baggage, at the airport with a credit card or cash. However airline policies keep changing, Hence please confirm the same prior to departure.
• Cost of excursions, city sightseeing, entrance fees and local guides availed of by the passengers, other than that mentioned in the ‘What your tour price includes’.
• Government Service Taxes and other taxes as applicable.
